The hotel has a convenient location and is just a short walk away from the popular tourist spots. The rooms are well-maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The food served is excellent with a variety of options for everyone. The hotel amenities are also top-notch, making for a comfortable stay.
The hotel doesn't provide a great view from the rooms and the privacy is limited as the surrounding hotels are too close. The breakfast options are limited and are not satisfactory for some guests.

The location of the hotel was great! We were able to walk to all the major tourist attractions with ease. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. We especially liked the delicious food served at the restaurant. The room was well maintained and clean throughout our stay.
Although the hotel offered great amenities, the noise levels were always high, making it difficult to enjoy our stay. The wifi signal was often weak and the connection got frequently disrupted, which was frustrating.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the mall, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. The reception area is well-maintained and provides a warm welcome to guests. the hotel is in close proximity to Vaishisht temple, allowing guests to easily visit this popular tourist attraction.
One drawback of the hotel is that guests need to order their menu in advance and cannot change it later.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is superb as it is very centrally located, right in the heart of the market area near the mall. It was so convenient to explore the town and have easy access to shops and restaurants. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They provided excellent service and were always willing to offer helpful tips and advice for local sightseeing. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained and had a stunning view of the valley from the wide balcony. I particularly loved the bathroom, which had a spacious bathtub and constant hot and cold water supply. Lastly, the breakfast served at the in-house restaurant was delicious and had a good variety of options.
No room service, but that's alright.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Manali. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with lovely woodwork. The staff provided excellent service, always prompt and attentive. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city and very near the mall. The hotel offered good value for money, with basic amenities and comfortable rooms with nice furniture and interiors. The breakfast provided was also delicious, a great start to the day.
All was more than satisfactory, no complaints at all.

Additionally, it was conveniently located very near to the mall, making it easy to explore and do some shopping. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, just as shown on their website with LCD TVs, and the availability of hot and cold water throughout was greatly appreciated. The staff was attentive and friendly, always providing immediate attention to any requests. Moreover, the prices were reasonable, offering great value for money. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
All in all, this hotel provided a great stay experience and I could not find any significant areas that needed improvement.
